I just found today that if you type Deskwall in a Google Search, that is, not just in a blog search, you'll get a list of sites with this blog coming first. Thanks again to Justin for contributing. Hope you people are going to post more from now on!
Now if you type Deskwall in a localized Google Search, french or german for instance, you'll also get translation links ( la traduction allemande passe, mais les francais vont se marrer lol)

This blog is and will remain an english speaking blog, so don't worry, even if sometimes you might notice comments in french, the main language of this blog is and will remain english.

donc voilà, je me suis décidé à envoyer le signal qu'on pourrait désormais poster (aussi) en français sur ce blog. Selon mes sources (que je ne nommerai pas,lol), il semblerait que pas mal de mes compatriotes visualisent ces pages, mais sans jamais poster.Vous me direz les ricains y matent aussi pas mal, et y postent pas non plus, sauf ceux que j'ai invité directement à le faire. Je remercie une fois de plus Justin, et Alg aussi, de l'avoir fait. je ne sais pas si c'est la modération des commentaires qui représente un blocage pour les autres, mais je ne changerai pas cela, qu'on se le dise. C'était le coup de gueule du jour.

the idea...

the idea for this blog came from having been involved in the Comodo Forum for a while now. Just thought that it was time to make my own, not that I'm rejecting any other forum on the web, but that I want to make one that's open to different softwares. I'm not gonna advertise any company here, nor will I advertise OpenSource software. Just want to speak about stuff that is available, stuff that I use, stuff that others might want to use too. I'd like to hear too about new ideas, new ways to deal with computer security. For instance HIPS is on it's way. With software like Spyware Terminator, System Safety Monitor, CyberHawk or in a near future the 3.0 version of Comodo Firewall, a new era begins...
